These Terms govern your use of Chalkboards.ai (the "Service"), operated by the Chalkboards.ai team ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Chalkboards.ai generates short chalkboard-style explainer videos from a topic you provide and, at your request, uploads those videos to your connected social accounts (including TikTok) as private drafts for you to review and publish.
When you connect a third-party account (e.g. TikTok), you authorize us to act on your behalf only to the extent needed to upload content you created to that account's drafts. You can revoke access at any time in that platform's settings. You are responsible for content you publish.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to violate the terms of any connected platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You retain ownership of the topics you submit and the videos generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (generate, store, and upload your videos on your instruction).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
