This Policy explains what data Chalkboards.ai ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.
Content you provide: the topics/ideas you submit to generate videos.
Contact info: your email address if you join our waitlist or contact us.
Connected-platform tokens: when you connect TikTok, we store the access token TikTok issues, used solely to upload your videos to your TikTok drafts.
Basic usage/log data needed to run and secure the Service.
To generate your videos, upload them to your connected accounts at your request, respond to you, and operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, AI generation, and the platforms you connect such as TikTok). Content uploaded to TikTok is handled under TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data, or disconnect a platform to revoke our access, at any time.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including connected-platform tokens.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
